The Trailer

On the way to our maiden voyage at Mt Madonna, we stopped to take some pictures. This is where most of the horse trailers park. This is probably my favorite of them, as it really shows the trailer well. No horses today, just some horse droppings!
One of the reasons we liked this trailer so much was the large picture window in the back. Here is the floor plan with which we fell in love.
We really like the seating arrangement in this trailer. We had another couple as guests, and it was quite comfortable. Here is the dinette set for dinner. Please note that the television area is put to better use.
Yes, we really like the wine theme. Everywhere we go we look for wine and grape items, and only purple or green furnishings. The candles are custom made cabernet scented wax in grape-vine holders. I like to have my keys handy, but not in my pocket. This little grape leaf coat hook does a good job of keeping them right inside the door.
Here is the overview of the living area. Seating for four without using the dinette. Notice the tacky purple lamp. The galley is way more spacious than the one in the popup. Full size fridge, microwave, and oven. Cool rugs, too!
This is why we like the big rear window. Wonderful view of the woods in our favorite site. We didn't really care for the supplied bed spread, so we bought a nice down comforter and duvet cover, with monogrammed sheets!
Some like it, some hate it. We like the sink in the corner of the bedroom. We have since added another towel holder. Another view of the bedroom. The lovely candle holder is equipped with a flickering LED tea light.
I HAVE to have crystal for drinking fine wine. The glasses are stored for travel, but are handy when we are set up. Here is another view of the JK Adams modular wine rack in the TV space. Much better use, if I say so myself!
I really miss the ease of the BAL leveler I used on the popup. I really don't like backing up onto boards, and then having to move to add another, etc. I tried some homemade air levelers, but wasn't happy with them. So I came up with this idea. The axles rest in a half pipe lined with rubber, so the weight is distributed. The welded on swivel foot allows the half pipe to fit perfectly against the axle as it rises. I get over seven inches of lift. If I need more than that, I am moving to another site!
